Attorney Kathleen P. March is the lead author of the March, Ahart & Tchaikovsky Rutter Group "Bankruptcy Practice Guide" for attorneys, published this month, August 2007, by The Rutter Group. The Rutter Group is California's most highly respected publisher of books for educating lawyers. Attorney March is the lead author on the Bankruptcy Practice Guide, which was co-authored by March and by Bankruptcy Judges Ahart and Tchaikovsky.
