Parking Instructions: If it is after 10am there is meter parking on Pico for 25¢ per half hour. The Bankruptcy Law Firm also has two reserved spaces in the parking lot of the building immediately west of the 10524 Pico building, marked with a large sign that says "Parking Reserved ONLY for The Bankruptcy Law Firm". There is a driveway into to that lot from Pico Boulevard, and the spaces are behind the building. There is also free parking 1 block east of the 10524 building, at Rancho Park, the public park. The Bankruptcy Law Firm is on the second floor of the 10524 building. After you park, walk up the stairs at the west end of the 10524 building and walk down the hall to Suite 212.
